چکیده

This study aimed to evaluate how different percentages of guar meal in feed rations for broiler chickens affect their rearing performance and carcass composition. The experiment was conducted a group one hundred sixty Ross 308 broilers randomly allocated four equinumerous groups (K, G4, G8 G12). birds were reared over 42 days with the application three feeding periods: starter (days 1–21), grower 22–35) finisher 36–42). All prepared using maize meal, soybean oil mineral vitamin additives. An experimental factor share rations: K—0%, G4—4%, G8—8% G12—12%. It demonstrated that higher percentage (8% or 12%) had negative effect on chickens’ weight gain intake. receiving supplemented featured conversion levels than those fed which only protein-rich component (p ≤ 0.05). Birds highest (12%) showed significant decrease chilled dressing compared other chickens. A an adverse birds’ muscularity. In addition, it meat DFD (dark, firm dry; pH1 > 6.4), but from dietary point view, contained smallest amount intramuscular fat. To sum up, 4% should be recommended chicken ensure satisfactory composition, including physico-chemical properties muscles.
